Methods of payment
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery - for orders under eight items
- Paypal - using your credit/debit card
Delivery charges
Your order will be sent as registered post and it´ll take about seven days to reach its destination once payment is received.
National Europe Rest of the world

If you choose the cash on delivery payment method, there will be an aditional charge of 4€
Discounts available for professional customers.
Work on commission
Ask about rates for individual pieces on commission or corporate and wedding gifts without feeling under any obligation.
Gift wrapping
You can order your item wrapped as a gift and with a few lines addressed to the person receiving it.
This service has an extra charge of 2.50€.
You only need to click on the "gift" option you will find in your account when you are ordering.
Refunds
To return an item, you will have to contact La Higuera directly up to 7 working days after receiving it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with a copy of the receipt.
Damaged items, as well as pieces made on commission, will be rejected.
The purchase price will be reimbursed to the customer within 30 working days from reception at La Higuera.
The customer will pay for the delivery charges.
Customer data privacy
Any information gathered will only be used as necessary to support and service customer requests.
Customer data will not be given, sold or shared with any third party and neither will it be used with commercial purposes.
The customer can cancel or modify his/her data anytime, by getting in touch directly with La Higuera.
